Cu was raised on a pirate ship in the Pacific Ocean, hence his unstoppable urge to swear. There he learnt most of his life skills, like walking and talking back. So when he was able to walk he left the ship and joined the circus as a side show midget. His grin and entertained the masses and his life was simple and free with little stress. But he was soon kicked out when the ring master realized that he was not a midget, but just a really short asian.
He then joined the police force as an undercover sketch artist where his job was to identify the worst of the worst. He would wake every morning and wonder whether this day would this be his last. as lost to the world of scarfaces tug and drug dealer. As time past he loses his way and became corrupted in the world of fast money and cheap thrills.
As part of his parole, Cu have to become a cartoonist.
